Exchange & Shipping

We hope you love your Niyama Sol purchase. In the event you were not completely satisfied, we accept exchange or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. (Excluding swimwear. See swimwear return policy below).  


1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a store credit.

Niyama Sol ships all products with love from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Shipping Options:
We offer Basic Shipping, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.
Standard Overnight & 2Day Shipping must be ordered Monday - Thursday by 1 PM PST. Orders that are purchased on Friday by 1 PM will be delivered the following week, unless Saturday delivery is selected.
Shipping Costs:
Domestic Basic Shipping is a $10 flat rate for orders under $100.00 and orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping. 
FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight costs vary upon location.
Nevada Taxes:
If you are shipping within the state of Nevada, state tax will be added to your final purchase.
Shipping Destinations:
We ship internationally anywhere outside of the United States. International Shipping prices and delivery dates vary based on location.
Customers are responsible for any customs or fees incurred with international shipping. If you refuse customs or fees on an international shipment from Niyama Sol, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from the customer’s return amount. Any refused packages will be processed as returns for store credit only.


Exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the order back into our warehouse.

Domestic + International Return Policy:

Items eligible for Exchange or Store Credit if returned within a 30-day window of your original order. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and tags attached. 
After 30 days, you are no longer eligible for Store Credit.
Anything marked Final Sale is not eligible for Return. 

Domestic Return Shipping: Niyama Sol will cover return shipping on domestic packages being sent back for Exchange or Store Credit. Limit 2 exchanges per order (after 3, customer will be responsible for shipping). 

International Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping on items being sent back to Niyama Sol for Exchange or Store Credit. 

Swimwear Return Policy: Swimwear is final sale. No returns or exchanges. 

Sale Return Policy: Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges. 

SolBox Return Policy:

You can cancel your SolBox subscription at any time BEFORE your current box has shipped. You will be notified via email when your box is in transit. 
If you would like to pause or skip your SolBox membership, login to your account and go to Manage Subscriptions.

Here you can change billing information, shipping information, frequency, pause, or skip.

Intimates Return Policy: 

Let us swap it for another size! We want you to feel comfortable and sexy in your new intimates. All intimates must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are worn, washed, or damaged in any way. All tags and liner must be fully attached at the time of return.
