We hope you love your Niyama Sol purchase. In the event you were not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase (Excluding swimwear. See swimwear return policy below).

RETURN POLICY

Only full-priced item(s) will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Special promotion, sale codes and/or sale item(s) are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise we deem to be worn or washed. Please try on your new leggings with undergarments in the event you choose to return them.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless a manufacturer defect or error with your order has occurred. If that is the case, please contact customer service and we will be happy to assist you!
Refunds, exchanges or store credits will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return back into our warehouse.

SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY:

All items on sale are final sale. No returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items will be accepted. Sale items can be identified by a red strike through on the price and "final sale" messaging will be visible on the product's page.

BOGO RETURN POLICY:

When you use a "BOGO" promotion code, product can only be returned or exchanged for store credit or another product of equal or lesser value. If you return the entire order, you will then be refunded with your original payment.

SWIM RETURN POLICY:

SWIM CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

All returned swimwear must be received within 30 days of the delivery date in unused condition with hygienic liners intact. If liners are removed, product will not be accepted for store credit return or exchanges.

WHAT ABOUT SOL BOX EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for shipped SolBoxes.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Free shipping on domestic orders over $100. Excludes overnight or 2nd day requests. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchange orders are shipped free of charge. International shipping is a $30 flat rate fee for all orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of order for processing.
You will be provided your tracking number via email once your package is ready to ship. Please allow 2-5 business days for transit.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
OH NO! Please contact customer service immediately so that we may investigate further.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All international packages are subject to customs duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for their country's duties, taxes and fees.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.
On occasion, packages may be stopped by customs, which could delay delivery.
If you refuse a shipment from Niyama Sol you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount. Refused packages will be processed as returns for store credit only.
