Niyama Sol ships all products with love from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
 
Shipping Options:
We offer Basic Shipping, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.
 
Shipping Costs:
Domestic Basic Shipping is a $10 flat rate for orders under $100.
Domestic Basic Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.
FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight costs vary upon location.
 
Nevada Taxes:
If you are shipping within the state of Nevada, state tax will be added to your final purchase.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for any customs or fees incurred with international shipping. If you refuse customs or fees on an international shipment from Niyama Sol, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from the customer’s return amount. Any refused packages will be processed as returns for store credit only.
Refunds, exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the order back into our warehouse.

Domestic + International Return Policy:

All regularly priced items, special promotion, and sale items are eligible for Refund (to your original form of payment), Exchange (for another size, style, or product), or Store Credit (to be used on www.niyamasol.com) within a 30-day window of your original order with the exception of products marked Final Sale. Final Sale will be noted in the product description of the item.
After 30 days (and up to 120 days), you are eligible for Store Credit. After 120 days, you are no longer eligible for Store Credit.
Anything marked Final Sale is not eligible for Return. Final Sale will be noted in the product description of the item.
Anything marked Exchange Only is not eligible for a Refund, only Exchange or Store Credit.

Swimwear Return Policy:

Swimwear is final sale. No returns or exchanges. 

Vintage Vault Return Policy:

Vintage Vault is final sale. No returns or exchanges. 

SolBox Return Policy:

You can cancel your SolBox subscription at any time BEFORE your current box has shipped. You will be notified via email when your box is in transit.
If you would like to pause or skip your SolBox membership, login to your account on www.niyamasol.com and go to Manage Subscriptions. Here you can change billing information, shipping information, frequency, pause, or skip.
You can also email info@niyamasol.com with the subject line SOLBOX CANCELATION and include your full name and email.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for shipped SolBoxes.

Gift Card Return Policy:

Gift cards are Final Sale.
Purchases paid for using split payment (i.e.: part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.

Customer is responsible for a flat $5 fee for items being sent back to Niyama Sol for a Refund.
Niyama Sol will cover return shipping on any items being sent back for an Exchange or Store Credit. Limit 2 returns or exchanges per order (after 3, customer will be responsible for shipping).
Niyama Sol will cover any return shipping for a manufacturer defect or error with your order. If that is the case, please contact customer service at info@niyamasol.com.

International Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping on items being sent back to Niyama Sol for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.

MISSING PACKAGES:
